Mediation Experience: Conducted over 100 mediations including civil actions, contracts, family relationships, parenting plans, separation agreements, elder issues, co-worker disputes, community conflicts.
Approach to Mediation: Mediation is a collaborative process that empowers the participants. A neutral mediator guides the conversation, giving participants the opportunity to discuss difficult subjects in a safe, confidential environment. The participants control the outcome, reaching decisions that meet their needs. Steve Henick and I co-mediate when possible and appropriate. We will travel to a location convenient to you to conduct mediations.
