Mediation Experience:  Mediated or co-mediated over 100 mediations in a variety of areas,  including  parenting plans, divorce and family disputes,   CINA cases, business and contract matters, employment and personal injury issues, real estate and landlord-tenant disputes,  educational issues, community and neighborhood conflicts.    

Approach to Mediation:   I use a facilitative style of mediation. I believe in the power of collaboration and self-determination in the process of resolving disputes.  My style reflects that belief and utilizes various communication tools to provide disputing parties a safe emotional environment in which to reach a win-win solution to their conflicts.
