Approach to Mediation: I believe that Mediation is the best alternative for conflict resolution because it is a non-adversarial, confidential approach to solving disputes that protects and preserves established relationships while empowering the parties involved. As a professional Mediator, I assist the parties themselves to identify issues and explore alternatives for resolution, allowing for the creation of a settlement agreement that works best for them. Mediation is a less costly and more timely alternative than litigation, and the process promotes better understanding and communication between the parties.
