Affiliations:  Partner in Rodis & Henick Mediation Services; Maryland Commission on Human Relations, Maryland District Court ADR Program; Maryland Circuit Court Mediator; Anne Arundel Community Conflict Resolution Center.

Mediation Experience:  Conducted over 100 mediations including civil actions, elder issues, business disputes, discrimination complaints, community conflicts, divorce settlements and parenting plans.

Approach to Mediation:  I believe that mediation works because it gives people in conflict the opportunity to decide what is right for themselves instead of accepting a decision imposed on them by a third party. An effective mediator can help this happen by careful listening, by promoting understanding, insuring that all the issues are discussed and effective leadership.

Areas of Concentration:  Business Disputes, Elder Issues, Contracts and Community Conflicts.
