What is mediation?
Mediation is a process in which a trained neutral
person, a "mediator,"
helps people in a dispute work out agreements that
satisfy everyone's needs.
Why mediate?
- Preserves relationships
- Quicker and less costly than court
- Private and confidential
- Opportunity for everyone to be heard
