“Advancing the awareness, understanding and use of
mediation”
The Maryland Mediators Group is an association of mediators based in Maryland. Its members are committed to
providing public access to experienced mediators and to
advancing the community’s awareness, understanding and use
of mediation.
The Members of the Maryland Mediators Group are involved
individually and collectively in a wide range of
professional mediation activities in the state and across
the country. These include:
Mediation with the Circuit and District Courts of Maryland,
the Maryland Commission on Human Relations and the Maryland
Association of Community Mediation Centers.
Involvement in the Maryland Program for Mediator
Excellence, the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution, the
Maryland Chapter of the ACR and the Bar Association’s
Alternative Dispute Resolution programs.
Public speaking and community education projects.
Members of
the Maryland Mediators Group are available to discuss
mediation individually or present programs to civic groups,
community organizations, religious organizations,
professional associations, senior care providers and any
other interested groups.
